STEP 1 – Quote
Customer sends through a plan/rough sketch of their requirements by email or via our online form. Be sure to include your post code, colour to quote, details of the sink cut out (undermount or top mount), any extras such as drainer grooves or upstands/splashbacks.
If the property has access issues or stairs/steps, please be sure to mention this.
STEP 2 – Samples
Granite4YOU reply with your quotation and offer to send you samples through the post or visit one of our wholesalers!
Please do not visit our processing factory. Our processing factory, does not have a showroom or sales representatives. It is a fast paced environment solely focused on manufacturing. We do not currently have provisions in place to supervise visitors. If you wish to view the stone, we can arrange an appointment at one of our wholesalers or send you samples.

STEP 3 – Order
You are ready to place your order. Place your 10% deposit and let’s reserve your place in the diary!
STEP 4 – Template
It is time to template!
A G4U templater will visit to conduct a digital template. Please check the checklist on this link to ensure that your kitchen is ready. The templater will require clear access to the fixed units. No existing worktops, these must be removed prior by the client.
STEP 5 – Processing
The digital scan of your kitchen enables us to create a CAD plan for processing. The final paperwork is prepared and pre-authorisation link emailed to confirm the final order.
STEP 6 – Installation
Your fitting day has arrived. Sit back, relax and admire your beautiful new granite/quartz worktops! Be sure to follow our care guide to keep your worktops looking luxurious for years to come.
